What is Doctors Direct?
Doctors Direct is a full-service Family Medicine practice where a Board-Certified Medical Doctor will come to your home, condo, or vacation rental to treat you directly on a pay-per-visit basis. We utilize local lab and radiology vendors to perform lab work and imaging when needed. Because we come to you, there are no long waits. We provide high quality medical care by listening to your concerns and personalizing your treatment plan to best fit your needs.

Our Provider
Dr. Katherine Grelle has been practicing Family Medicine since 2007. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

She practices Integrative Medicine focusing on a mind, body, and spirit approach to healing and wellness. She provides high quality care by listening to your concerns and incorporating the most up to date medical knowledge to personalize your treatment plan and meet your goals.

Dr. Grelle and her family relocated to the Emerald Coast in 2024 to follow God's calling and serve the community. Prior to moving, she owned and ran a successful private practice in Tuscaloosa, AL for eight years. The Grelle's relocated 3 times from 2010-2016 with her husband's career in the the US Navy. She feels very blessed to have been able to serve a diverse patient population throughout her career and has experience with a wide array of medical problems.
